The Deanship of Scientific Research has been working to count and recognize the active research groups at the University of Jordan. On Thursday, February 23, 2023, the Deanship organized a scientific day to announce the launch of research groups, during which 15 groups presented a summary of their research, research lines, and future interests, in the presence of those interested and representatives from various sectors.
More work will be carried out to register and publicize more research groups in scientific days in the future that will be specific to relevant specializations, and to invite researchers, interested people and decision-makers in these sectors. This aims to provide an environment for networking between researchers as well as involving the private sector. This also aims to increase opportunities for obtaining support and focusing on research projects that contribute to providing solutions to the challenges that arise facing different sectors.
