لتكليف مساعد باحث للعمل مع الدكتور ولهان محمد رضوان الشاعر (104267) على مشروع
بحثه الموسوم "جسيمات البروتامين-النانوية المركبة: تدخل مبتكر لتثبيط
الغلوزة للسيطرة على الأمراض غير السارية" والمدعوم من المجلس الأعلى
للعلوم والتكنولوجيا (HCST)
وذلك حسب الشروط التالية
أولاً) التخصصات والدرجات العلمية
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nanotechnology,
Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biology, or a related field.
ثانياً) شروط
خاصة
Hands-on ability to
prepare and optimize nanoparticle formulations, including formulation
development and reproducible batch preparation.- Experience performing and
interpreting nanoparticle characterization, including DLS (size/PDI; and where
applicable zeta potential), TGA/DSC, and HPLC (sample preparation and
quantification support).-Experience with TEM/SEM sample preparation (e.g., grid
preparation and fixation/staining as applicable) and coordination/support of
imaging sessions.- Strong imaging skills: confocal and fluorescence microscopy,
including support for real-time/live-cell imaging experiments and basic
analysis.- Experience in cell culture relevant to nanoparticle evaluation
(routine culture, dosing, and assay support as assigned).- Excellent
documentation and reporting: SOP-compliant batch records, characterization
logs, instrument usage records, organized raw data files, and clear weekly
reporting.-Ability to train students and junior staff on routine lab
techniques, safe instrument use, and documentation standards.- Ability to work
independently with supervision, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively
across teams.- Preferred (Strong Advantage)- Publications (peer-reviewed
articles, abstracts, or posters) in pharmaceutics/nanomedicine or related
areas.- Experience with method development support (e.g., HPLC quantification
workflows), stability studies, and structured reporting.- Proven experience
mentoring or training students in laboratory settings.
