تعلن عمادة البحث العلمي عن حاجتها لتكليف مساعد باحث للعمل مع الدكتور ولهان محمد رضوان الشاعر (104267) على مشروع بحثه الموسوم "جسيمات البروتامين-النانوية المركبة: تدخل مبتكر لتثبيط الغلوزة للسيطرة على الأمراض غير السارية" والمدعوم من المجلس الأعلى للعلوم والتكنولوجيا (HCST)

وذلك حسب الشروط التالية
أولاً) التخصصات والدرجات العلمية
M.Sc. in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Biology or related field
ثانياً) شروط خاصة
Requirements / Qualifications (including duties) - Hands-on experience supporting aptamer-related experimental workflows (handling, preparation, basic optimization, and execution). - Practical competence in qPCR/PCR, gel electrophoresis (agarose and PAGE), and Western blotting. - Experience in mammalian cell culture (routine maintenance, passaging, contamination control, and experimental setup). - Fluorescence microscopy imaging with basic image acquisition and analysis. - Ability to conduct and/or support flow cytometry experiments (sample preparation, staining, acquisition support, and basic analysis). - Strong commitment to good laboratory practices (GLP), data integrity, and accurate documentation (lab notebook/ELN entries, SOP adherence, sample labeling/ traceability, and inventory logs). - Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English; professional conduct, reliability, and strong organizational skills. - Ability to support training and supervision of junior trainees/students when needed. Preferred (Strong Advantage) - Authorship in peer-reviewed publications and/or conference abstracts/posters. - Prior experience with aptamer platforms and/or related assay development. - Experience in experimental troubleshooting and optimization.
