Our research group explores the field of cognitive semantics, specifically metaphor and metonymy. Utilizing several theoretical frameworks, such as conceptual blending, conceptual metaphor theory, conceptual complexes, and others, we investigate these linguistic phenomena in several languages, including Arabic, English, and Russian.
