Welcome to the Official Website of Tadween for Documenting Jordan’s Cultural Heritage We are proud to launch this digital platform dedicated to documenting and studying Jordan’s rich cultural heritage in all its historical and cultural dimensions. This website serves as a gateway to exploring archaeological treasures, historical landmarks, and inherited traditions that reflect Jordan’s deep-rooted identity Through our research and projects, we strive to raise awareness about the importance of heritage preservation and support scholarly efforts in history, archaeology, and culture. Our goal is to build a collaborative research community that brings together academics, experts, and enthusiasts committed to safeguarding cultural heritage for future generations. We invite you to explore our content and join us on this exciting academic journey to better understand and document Jordan’s cultural heritage. Together, we preserve history and safeguard identity Tadween aims to establish a working group of researchers to work jointly to serve the Jordanian cultural heritage through integrated scientific research in which there is participation in scientific and field research work and access and progress to joint local and international projects, in addition to contributing to the establishment of workshops and seminars specialized in the Jordanian cultural heritage sector, which includes many scientific disciplines, through which we will work on successful participation that contributes to highlighting and demonstrating scientific studies and partnerships to provide the best in this sector. Our research group aims to study everything related to the Jordanian cultural heritage, as we cannot separate archeology from heritage sciences, as it generally constitutes the cultural heritage, hence our idea to establish this research group to form a cognitive and scientific bridge linking our history, past and present, through the preparation of research projects with specialization in ancient, classical, Islamic and heritage monuments, taking into account the temporal interconnection, form and unified content of this research group, and we aim to be the ideal partner in research collaborations and training networks that positively impact humans and nature...More
