National Centre for Research and Development

  • Collaborate on joint research projects, particularly through the co-supervision of graduate students on topics such as:
  • Entomopathogenic fungi associated with red palm weevil.
  • Fungal endophytes for enhancing muskmelon tolerance to salinity and Fusarium wilt.
  • Provide support for the identification of fungal isolates using both morphological and molecular techniques.
  • Promote shared scientific output through joint publications, data exchange, and collaborative dissemination of research findings.

Advance Consulting – Holland Horti Support Jordan

  • Collaborative partner in the applied project:
    "JordanHortiFuture: Towards a More Inclusive and Resilient Horticulture Sector for Smallholder Farmers in Jordan" (25/02/2024 – 30/12/2024).
  • Project focused on identifying microorganisms (e.g., fungi, bacteria, nematodes) from soil samples collected from smallholder farms in the Jordan Valley.
  • Organized a workshop with farmers to present project outcomes and promote knowledge transfer.
  • Supported training and technical capacity building in applied agriculture.

  • Joint efforts to identify beneficial fungi (TrichodermaBeauveria) from various Syrian agroecosystems.
  • Provided fungal isolates for comparative research with Jordanian strains.
