Population structure analysis of Puccinia graminis f. sp. tritici isolates from Jordan revealed four distinct genetic clusters, reflecting the presence of diverse stem rust lineages within the country. These groups were identified using STRUCTURE and principal component analyses, which highlighted clear separation among isolates.
