Dr. Alananbeh is experienced Plant Pathologist and Professor with over 15 years of interdisciplinary R&D leadership in microbial biocontrol, soil health, and crop protection. Proven expertise in designing and managing lab-to-field research on plant-microbe interactions, seed pathology, and sustainable disease control strategies using
Trichoderma
spp.,
Bacillus
spp., and entomopathogenic fungi. She also has extensive background in molecular diagnostics, experimental design (DOE), and statistical data analysis (SAS, SPSS). Additionally, she has strong record of cross-functional collaboration across academic, governmental, and international partners. Demonstrated success in leading scientific teams, mentoring graduate researchers, and managing grant-funded projects. Dr. Alananbeh is passionate about applying biological innovation to develop environmentally sustainable solutions for modern agriculture, with deep commitment to knowledge transfer through communication, training, and field outreach.
