Dr. Malik Ghazi Al-Ajlouni, an associate professor at the University of Jordan, specializing in landscape architecture and horticulture, with a strong foundation in plant and environmental sciences. His research focuses on sustainable landscape design, innovative soilless culture systems, smart irrigation technologies, and the ecological roles of native and ornamental plants, with a particular emphasis on the application of beneficial microorganisms to enhance plant resilience and productivity. Dr. Malik is deeply interested in Plant-Soil-Microbe Interactions, exploring how microbes such as Trichoderma harzianum can mitigate environmental stresses, including saline soils and arid-region agricultural challenges. By integrating cutting-edge science with practical solutions, Dr. Malik aims to advance sustainable agricultural practices, improve food security, and contribute to the development of resilient ecosystems in the face of global environmental change.
