​The PAS research group has a well equipped lab covering all biotechnology equipment and tools including:

1. PCR machine

2. RT-PCR machine

3. Electroporator

4. DNA and protein gel electrophoresis

5. Laminar hoods

6. Growth chamber

7. BI analysis software and workstation

8. Gel documentation system

9. Epi-fluorescent microscope

Bioinformatics tools and skilled personnel:

 Dedicated bioinformatocs software and tools including CLC genomics Workbench, DNAstare, Vector NIT, BLAST2GO, BioEdit, Phylip, R package.
