​Assistant professor of Libraries and Information Science at the Department of Libraries and Information Science- University of Jordan. Holding a PhD in Contemporary Information and Communication from the University of Santiago de Compestela- Spain. She has many papers published in scientific journals. Her research interests are in the field of Knowledge management, contemporary libraries, libraries and disability, assistive technology, and users’ community.
