This study, currently under peer review, investigates the effectiveness of personalized imagery interventions in enhancing physical activity among individuals with physical disabilities. conducted by our key group member Dr. Nurwina Anuar and colleagues, the research employs a mixed-methods approach to assess participants' motivation, self-efficacy, enjoyment, and imagery abilities. Findings indicate that tailored imagery techniques significantly improve these psychological factors and increase physical activity levels, offering a novel, accessible strategy to overcome traditional barriers faced by this population.
