• ​Arch. Eng. Sahl Al-Hiyari, a Jordanian architect, was the recipient of the 2024 Arab Genius Award for Architecture and Design.
  

• Dr. Eman Mayah was honored by the Jordanian Engineers Association (JEA) - Engineering Division, for her distinguished and pioneering efforts in the best academic work, through honoring architectural academics in Jordanian universities. Dr. Eman published a research paper in the Journal of Daylighting titled 'Investigation of Daylight Availability in University Dining Halls: A Case Study at the University of Jordan.' This study evaluates the availability of daylight inside a university dining hall over two days (one sunny and one cloudy) using light meters in real-life settings.​ ​​
