​​From March 28th to the 30th, 2022, a training course entitled “Industrial Wastewater Treatment: Toxicity, types and treatment methods” was held by The Nanotechnology Center at the University of Jordan, the nanotechnology and water treatment research group. The training course aimed to introduce the types of industrial wastewater in Jordan, their adverse effects on the environment and human health, and the treatment methods used to treat this kind of water. Furthermore, the course highlighted the essential techniques for checking wastewater quality before and after treatment. The training was held in the framework of intelWATT project.​
