Prof. Souraj Salah
was recognized with the Professional Diamond Award at the Harvard Business Council (HBC) 2024 International Awards, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The award acknowledged his leadership in process improvement and his impactful application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies at AD Ports Group, where his work contributed to significant cost savings and a reported 96% reduction in lead times, strengthening operational efficiency and maritime safety across the organization.

Eng. Hala Al-thnaibat
was awarded the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Intermediate) certification on July 11, 2024, by Binghamton University, State University of New York. This achievement was granted upon the successful completion of the program offered by the Department of Systems Science and Industrial Engineering at the Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science, demonstrating her strong command of Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement and operational excellence.

successfully renewed her globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification in March 2024, marking the third issuance since the original grant in March 2018.
