About:

Dr. Abdallah Ahmad Al-Shourah is an Associate Professor of Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Services Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Marketing and Services Management) from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Malaysia. He also earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from USM and a Bachelor’s degree in Political and Economic Sciences from Aligarh Muslim University, India.

Dr. Al-Shourah has extensive academic and administrative experience across universities in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the Sultanate of Oman. He currently serves as an Associate Professor at the College of Commerce, University of Buraimi. He previously held several leadership roles including Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Business and Head of Academic Departments and Quality Assurance Units.


His teaching and research interests include digital marketing, service management, strategic management, supply chain management, human resource strategies, organizational behavior, total quality management, crisis management, and entrepreneurship. His recent research focuses on digital leadership, digital marketing strategies, innovation, environmental management practices, and organizational performance.


Dr. Al-Shourah has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in indexed international journals and has presented papers at international academic conferences in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Middle East. He serves as a reviewer for several Scopus-indexed and international journals and has supervised and examined many PhD and Master’s theses.
