Alternative Fuels and Hybrid Energy Systems

​Alternative fuels include Jordanian oil shale, green hydrogen, biogas, biodiesel, date seeds, olive cake, saw dust and other solid waste biomass. While hybrid renewable energy systems considered in research and testing in this group include concentrated solar power/ CSP, photovoltaic/ PV and wind energy. Storage systems include batteries and hydraulic energy. Solar cooling was also studied as a case study project.​
