Professor Dr. Amal Awwadeh, Director of the Center for Women’s Studies, participated in the 15th International Conference on Women’s Leadership and Entrepreneurship, held on September 16, 2025 under the theme “Women as Makers of Change.” Her participation highlighted the experience of the Center for Women’s Studies in producing feminist knowledge and advancing women’s issues, leadership, and entrepreneurship. 

During the conference, Dr. Awwadeh was honored with the Diamond Medal for Women Changemakers in recognition of her outstanding academic and professional efforts in supporting women’s initiatives and strengthening the role of women in society, reaffirming that women are the driving force behind national progress and sustainable development.
