​AL-MOMANI​ is the Director of Environment and Climate Change ​ Department at the Ministry of Water and Irrigation (MWI) in Amman-Jordan. 

He holds a M.Sc. degree in Environmental Science and Management, and a B.Sc. degree in Earth Science and Environment. 

Al-Momani's area of interest is water resources management and protection. ​​
