​OGAWA is an Associate Professor at Kyoto University, Socio-Environmental Energy Science Department, Graduate School of Energy Science, Kyoto-Japan. ​He is interested in the production of potable water using renewable energy to achieve energy efficiency​. He also focuses on ammonia synthesis and electricity generation. He investigates the combined scheme to make enerdy efficient. ​
