​Professor  Mohammad Altahat is a distinguished academic at the University of Jordan, where he serves as a full Professor and Head of the Department of Industrial Engineering in the School of Engineering. With extensive expertise in industrial engineering, manufacturing technology, engineering management, and areas such as Lean Six Sigma, concurrent engineering, and productivity improvement, he has authored numerous publications and contributed significantly to research in Jordanian industries. His scholarly work, cited hundreds of times, focuses on enhancing efficiency in sectors like manufacturing, transportation, and pharmaceuticals.​
