The 3rd NEXUS Conference, held in Amman, Jordan, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince El Hassan Bin Talal and organized by the University of Jordan, focused on the interconnections between water, energy, food, environment, and solid waste management. Sessions covered a range of topics, including WEFE (Water-Energy-Food-Environment) nexus governance, priorities in Jordan, drivers for a green transition, and approaches to food security. Practical methods for implementing the NEXUS approach in Jordan's industrial sector and discussions on waste management, including recycling and composting, were also featured.
