Philadelphia University awarded the Khalil Al-Salem Award for the Best Scientific Research in the Field of Renewable Energy for the year 2021 to Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Salaymeh from the University of Jordan - Faculty of Engineering for his research .

Prof. Ahmed Al-Salaymeh: Served as the Chairman of the 3rd NEXUS Conference Preparatory Committee, demonstrating leadership in organizing significant academic events that foster interdisciplinary collaboration in sustainability and resource management. Additionally, he has contributed to renewable energy integration within the Nexus framework, focusing on solar energy applications for water and food security.
