  • ​​Ministry Of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship: 

    • Our research group maintains a strong collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, focusing on various aspects of e-government, user behavior, and technology adoption. One of our key contributions is the paper "Predictors for E-Government Adoption of SANAD App Services Integrating UTAUT, TPB, TAM, Trust, and Perceived Risk." This study integrates multiple theoretical models to explore the factors influencing the adoption of the SANAD app services. Our ongoing research aims to enhance digital service adoption and user experience, aligning with the Ministry's vision for a more effective digital economy in Jordan.​​

    • ​​Our research group maintains a collaborative partnership with ASEZA, which offers the largest number of e-government services in Jordan (170+ digital services). ASEZA is committed to enhancing, integrating, and optimizing its services to create a more seamless, efficient, and interconnected digital government ecosystem. We work closely with ASEZA to optimize web service compositions, improve e-government applications, and analyze user behavior to drive adoption and efficiency. Through this collaboration, we contribute to ASEZA’s digital transformation efforts by applying cutting-edge research to real-world government operations, ensuring services are more flexible, user-friendly, and effective.​​.
