E-Government Services and User Experience (UX) Research Group

​The E-Government Services and User Experience (UX) research group focuses on advancing the digital transformation of public services through innovative, prioritizing user-centric approaches​ and innovation. Our research explores the intersection of technology, governance, and user experience, aiming to improve the accessibility, efficiency, and satisfaction of e-government services. Key areas of study include user behavior, citizen engagement, service delivery and optimization, digital transformation, and the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, ML, blockchain, and Big Data analytics in the public sector. The group proudly partners with leading organizations such as the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, and the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority. These partnerships enable the group to align its research with national priorities, leverage real-world insights, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge e-government solutions.​
