Mahmoud Khamees Harara is an experienced IT professional with over a decade of expertise in customer relationship management (CRM), networking, information security, and IT infrastructure management. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence at Universidad De Castilla-La Mancha, he combines a robust academic background with practical skills to design, develop, and secure computer systems and networks. His qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems.
Mr. Harara specializes in implementing and developing MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, excelling in customizing and integrating CRM systems to align with organizational processes. His professional experience spans roles such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Software Developer at Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority, where he leads CRM implementation and support, and Head of IT at Qatar Cancer Society, where he managed IT projects, developed policies, and oversaw network security. Additionally, he has served as a Technical Support Specialist, providing hardware and software solutions and ensuring seamless application rollouts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Harara has demonstrated a strong capacity for technical problem-solving, strategic planning, and project management. His technical skill set includes CRM systems, networking (CCNA), cloud technologies, and programming languages such as Python and ASP.NET. He is also adept at managing IT infrastructures, troubleshooting, and ensuring system security.
In addition to his technical expertise, Mr. Harara brings a proactive approach to learning, excellent team collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments. Fluent in Arabic and English, he combines technical proficiency with strong communication and leadership abilities to deliver innovative IT solutions that enhance business operations.
