• Access to a big database for Patients with Type1 Diabetes, from a significant collection through the electronic medical medical records at Jordan University Hospital
• ​Access to laboratory investigations both at Jordan University Hospital and the School of Medicine such as :  Thermal cycler for PCR and cDNA synthesis, autoclave machine, Gel documentation system for visualization of the gel after gel electropheresis, Gel electropheresis system with power supply and trays, Spectrophotometer, Nanodrops to measure the concentration and purity of DNA and RNA samples.

The collaboration with the CELL THERAPY CENTER in the HLA project and the use of its laboratory facilities to conduct the sample collections and extractions. The center offers a variety of tools that assist in collaborative work such as: Real Time PCR instruments, Microarray and next generation sequencer.
