  • As a part of her research study, Baraa Ahmad developed a website as part of the proposed solutions for learning Turkish idioms and proverbs. The website provides interactive activities and tests featuring numerous Turkish proverbs and idioms, designed for both learners and teachers. It allows students to test their knowledge of these proverbs and idioms, and also includes other suggested activities. The website is easy to use, does not require membership, and has no commercial aspect.

  • One of the key resources supporting our mission is the Turkish Corner, established by TIKA in 2013 at the Faculty of Arts. This space is fully equipped with modern facilities, including student desks, smart board, books library, and computers, providing a dynamic environment for learning. Additionally, the classrooms developed by TIKA in 2015 at the Facutly of Foreign Languages have significantly enhanced the teaching and learning experience at our department. Central to our success are the students of the Turkish and English Language Department, whose dedication and enthusiasm continue to drive our efforts forward.​
