TIKA's Project

TIKA Project: The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) supported the Faculty of Foreign Languages at the University of Jordan by equipping four fully furnished classrooms. These rooms were provided with smart boards, student chairs and tables, air conditioners, and educational boards. Additionally, a Turkish Corner was established, which includes a well-equipped library for books and an office for faculty members and Turkish language instructors at the university.

It is important to note that the establishment of the Turkish Corner was in 2013, while the four classrooms were equipped in 2015. The success of this project was largely due to the efforts of Dr. Bagdagul Mussa, whom letter played a key role in attracting TIKA's attention, leading to meetings with the TIKA team in Amman.

The inauguration of the classrooms was attended by important dignitaries such as Ali Meskan, Deputy Head of TIKA, Melih Tezel, Advisor to the Turkish Ambassador, Muhammad Sidiq Yıldırım, TIKA Representative in Amman, and Yunus Emre Canbay, Director of  Yunus Emre Turkish Cultural Center.
