On November 16, 2025, Assist. Prof. Bagdagul Mussa and the researcher Baraa Ahmad as invited speakers ​participated in the 3rd International Congress on Educational Sciences and Effective Practices (ESEP Congress 2025), hosted by Erciyes University in Kayseri, Türkiye, between November 12–16, 2025.
The team delivered an online academic presentation entitled:
“The Innovative and Sustainable Aspect of Teaching Proverbs and Idioms in Turkish as a Foreign 
Language: The Case of the University of Jordan.”
The presentation explored the educational value of integrating Turkish proverbs and idiomatic expressions into the teaching of Turkish as a foreign language, highlighting their role in enhancing cultural competence, communicative fluency, and sustainable learning outcomes among Turkish language learners at the University of Jordan.
The research also featured an interactive educational website that includes learning activities and digital games designed to teach Turkish proverbs. The content was developed using artificial intelligence technologies, providing learners with a modern and engaging learning environment.
This participation reflects the team’s ongoing commitment to advancing research in the field of teaching Turkish as a foreign language, strengthening international academic collaboration, and contributing to meaningful scholarly exchange among researchers from various countries.
