Dr. Walhan Alshaer is an Associate Researcher at the University of Jordan, specializing in pharmaceutical techniques and biopharmaceutics, particularly in nanobiotechnology and drug delivery systems. He earned his Ph.D. from the Institut Galien at the University Paris Saclay in 2016, where his research focused on developing PEGylated liposomes for targeted cancer therapy.

His professional experience includes roles as a consultant for GMS Holdings and Hikma Pharmaceuticals, as well as serving as an Assistant Researcher at the Cell Therapy Center at the University of Jordan. Dr. Alshaer's current research interests encompass nanomedicine, nucleic acid-based therapeutics, and cancer resistance, contributing significantly to advancements in targeted drug delivery and therapeutic strategies.​
