​Rawan Thiab earned a Master's degree in Accounting in 2020 from the University of Jordan, graduating with a distinguished GPA of 3.92. Her professional journey commenced in 2021 at Luminus Technical University College, where she served until 2023, gaining substantial experience in teaching and curriculum development.

In 2023, a transition was made to the practical application of her academic expertise as she joined KIA Jordan as an accountant trainee. This role provided an opportunity to apply her knowledge in a corporate environment, thereby enhancing her practical accounting skills.

In February 2024, she took on a role as an international trainer for Pearson Education programs, demonstrating her capability in training and development on an international platform. Since March 2024, Rawan has been contributing her expertise to PwC Middle East as a Finance Operations Associate.
