​Tala Qutishat  holds a Master’s degree in Geology from the University of Jordan and is interested in studying soft-sediments. Tala worked at the University of Jordan as a research assistant on a project related to montmorillonite nano-clay, and then moved to work as a laboratory assistant in department of Geology at University of Jordan. She also participated in several research papers  focused on the sustainability of dams in Jordan.
