Method s: The study used the social survey approach, and the sample included (382) Development and Employment Fund beneficiary families from all Jordanian governorates Results: The results showed that the outcomes and goals of the Development and Employment Fund had a positive impact on promoting sustainability and productivity, reducing poverty and unemployment rates, and decreasing income inequality among Jordanian families who received support from the fund. The findings also found that the reasons for the failure of inactive projects were lack of project management experience, poor project income, and difficulty acquiring fixed-income work possibilities, respectively. Conclusion: The Development and Employment Fund contributes to poverty and unemployment reduction in Jordan by utilizing its revenues to develop and finance small, medium, and micro projects. The study recommends holding specialized training courses in collaboration with official government and private agencies related to the projects to be financed, specifically export industrial projects, to increase the efficiency and skill of the workers in these projects and improve their performance.
