A master's thesis entitled "Criminalizing Nepotism and Favoritism in the Jordanian Legal System"

A master's thesis entitled "Criminalizing Nepotism and Favoritism in the Jordanian Legal System" by researcher Mehran Al-Mahadin was discussed at the Faculty of Law, University of Jordan. This thesis is the first master's thesis submitted within the "Governance and Anti-Corruption" program organized by the University of Jordan in partnership with the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission. The discussion committee consisted of: - Dr. Muhammad Al-Ma'aqaba - Associate Professor of Administrative Law/Supervisor and Chair. - Dr. Omar Al-Akour - Associate Professor of International Law/Examiner. - Professor Abdul Rahman Al-Arman - Professor of Administrative Law/External Examiner. The committee commended the research's sound legal language and thanked the researcher for his pioneering work in addressing a highly important topic. This study represents a first step towards shedding light on issues related to legal challenges and a new approach in applied legal studies connected to the challenges facing Jordanian society and the modernization and reform of Jordanian public administration.
