Dr. Paweł Sikora is a distinguished Civil Engineer and researcher specializing in concrete technology and advanced cement-based composites.  He earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. He completed his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology, focusing on the impact of nanomaterials on construction composites.

Currently an Associate Professor at the West Pomeranian University of Technology, Dr. Sikora has led numerous research projects, including European Commission-funded initiatives on sustainable and 3D-printed concrete. Recognized in Stanford University's "World’s Top 2% Scientists" rankings in 2022 and 2023, he has published over 80 articles and holds an h-index of 29. His work emphasizes nanotechnology, sustainability, and innovative construction materials.
