Eng. Ahmad Shyyab holds a Master's in Nutrition and Food Science with over 16 years of experience in food safety and nutrition. He leads the athletic food committee at the Jordanian Food and Drug Administration.

He is an active member of many committees and has participated in several regional and international conferences.
