​Rabab Allouzi is a professor in the department of civil engineering at the University of Jordan in Amman, Jordan. She was the head of civil engineering department at the University of Jordan. Her research interests include earthquake engineering, concrete and composite structures, ultrahigh-performance concrete, behavior of structural systems and large-scale structural analysis and simulation. She is an associate member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and associate editor of ASCE-Practice Periodical on Structural Design and Construction. She received “Outstanding Reviewer" Award from ASCE-Practice Periodical on Structural Design and Construction and Nellie S. Munson Award for excellence in teaching from Purdue University.
