Prof. Dr. Modar Telfah - Member of the editorial board of the Jordanian Journal of History and Archaeology
Dr. Mohammad Adnan Al-Bakhit was unanimously elected President of the Jordanian Academy of Arabic for a four-year term, based on Article 10 of the Jordanian Academy of Arabic Law No. 19 of 2015.
Al-Bakhit has a large body of research, books, publications, and manuscripts, including: "The Kingdom of Karak during the Mamluk Era", Studies in the History of Bilad al-Sham (the Levant), and The Hashemite Documents Series, among others.
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, based on the approval of the Academic Committee of the Scientific Research and Innovation Support Fund at the ministry, has decided to appoint Prof. Dr. Modar Telfah from the Department of History and Civilization at the Faculty of Arts, Yarmouk University, as a member of the editorial board of the Jordanian Journal of History and Archaeology.
The Jordanian Journal of History and Archaeology is a global, specialized, peer-reviewed quarterly scientific journal. It is supported by the Scientific Research Support Fund and the University of Jordan, and is indexed in the Scopus database. The journal publishes three issues annually in both Arabic and English. It receives research from scholars both inside and outside of Jordan and is housed at the University of Jordan.

From January to July 2019 he was visiting member at the Institute for Advanced Study of Princeton - School of Historical Studies.

Prof. Dr. Maysoon Al -Nahar is a member of the Board of Trustees for the American Center of Research (ACOR) in Amman, Jordan.
Dr. Al Nahar’s appointment to the Board of Trustees reflects her prominent academic standing in Jordan and her extensive expertise in archaeology, particularly in the excavation and research projects she conducts at various Jordanian sites such as Tell Abu Suwwan.
