​Dr. Issam Okleh delivered a scholarly lecture titled, "Books and Manuscripts in Islamic Civilization" at the House of Wisdom in Sharjah, UAE. During the lecture, he addressed the mechanisms and steps for documenting historical manuscripts, verifying the attribution of a manuscript, and the method for determining the most reliable copy. This was part of the third annual Winter School's scientific program for 2022, which focused on the topic of "Scholarly Traditions in Islamic Civilization" and was organized by the Sharjah International Foundation for the History of Arab and Muslim Sciences at the University of Sharjah.​
