​Dr. Alnaimat is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Rheumatology at the University of Jordan and the principal investigator of the RDAN research group.

Dr. Fatima Alnaimat holds an MBBS degree from the University of Jordan and completed her internal medicine residency and rheumatology fellowship at the University of Arizona, USA. She is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology by the American Board. 

Dr. Alnaimat is currently the Vice President of the Jordanian Society of Rheumatology. Her research portfolio spans diverse rheumatological diseases, with a particular focus on the ethical aspects of research, reporting standards, and expert opinions in these areas.

Deeply committed to international research collaboration, Dr. Alnaimat has co-authored several publications with global partners. She is an active member of the ARCH research network, a special interest group under the Arab League of Associations for Rheumatology, contributing to multiple posters, abstracts, and manuscripts published in collaboration with the ARCH team.
