Dr. Mahmoud Barakat Al-Nawaiseh holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mutah University, a master's degree in Business Administration from the same university, and a doctoral degree in Business Administration from the World Islamic Sciences University, which he obtained in 2023. He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Business/ School of Business/ Aqaba.

Dr. Mahmoud Al-Nawaiseh has taught many courses within the department and has made significant contributions to the academic field. He has many research publications in international refereed journals and has actively participated in various academic committees and local conferences. Additionally, he has experience in statistical analysis, having worked as a statistical analyst at the Center of Excellence at the University of Jordan.

Dr. Mahmoud Al-Nawaiseh has many research interests, especially in the fields of digital economy, digital transformation, and digital marketing.​
