​Considering that our research deals with consumer behavior and misbehavior, it could be of great interest to several partners Including: Ministry of Trade and Commerce, Consumer protection agencies, and Service providers in general. Our findings can help these partners better understand consumer behavior ad misbehavior triggers and the best ways to handle them. In addition, our research can highlight various behavioral patterns consumers and Jordanian consumers in particular adopt. This goes a long way in helping policy makers design appropriate strategies that better understands consumers and their service needs.
