Dr. Rami Aldweeri is an associate professor of business school at the University of Jordan. Rami has a PhD and a Master's degree in marketing from Malaga University, as well as undergraduate degrees from Yarmouk University. His research interests include digital marketing, particularly e-service quality, e-loyalty, e-trust, and social media. Rami's work has been published in several prestigious publications, including Total Quality Management and Business Excellence, the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, and Industrial Management and Data Systems.
