​ Professor Zaid Obeidat holds a PhD in Marketing from Durham University. Zaid is currently a professor in marketing at the University of Jordan. His work focuses on consumer rights, consumer behavior and misbehavior. His work has been published in Many well respected Journals such as Computers in Human Behavior, Psychology and Marketing, Industrial Management and Data Systems, Journal of Marketing communications, Journal of Consumer Affairs, Journal of Consumer Behavior, and Journal of Retailing and Consumer services.​
