Several graduate students have completed theses aligned with the group's research focus. Examples include the following:

- Undergraduate Research Publication:
A research paper titled "Effect of Edible Coatings on the Quality of Fresh-Cut Fruits and Vegetables" was developed as part of an undergraduate project in collaboration with the Deanship of Academic Research at the University of Jordan. The manuscript has been submitted for publication.
