1. Jordanian Ministry of Agriculture
The Ministry of Agriculture was established during the era of the Emirate of Transjordan in the formation of the 13th government in 1929. The late Nicola Ghnama was the first Minister of Agriculture. Legislation related to the agricultural sector has been issued since the beginning of the Emirate’s establishment. Currently, the Ministry of Agriculture operates under the Agriculture Law No. (13) of the year (2015) and its amendments. The system for organizing and managing the ministry is governed by Regulation No. (38) of the year (2018) and its amendments, issued pursuant to Article (120) of the Constitution and its amendments. The ministry consists of thirty-nine central directorates and units, including two directorates linked to His Excellency the Minister, and six directorates and three units directly connected to the Secretary General. Additionally, there are seventeen governorate agricultural directorates and twenty-nine agricultural directorates in the districts of the governorates.
2. Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization (JSMO)
The Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization was established as a public institution with financial and administrative independence, operating under Law No. (22) of 2000 and its amendments. Prior to that, it functioned as one of the directorates of the Ministry of Industry and Trade from 1972 until 1994.
3. Jordan Dates Association (JODA)
The Jordan Dates Association was established in 2005 in Amman, Jordan by pioneering palm growers who invested in cultivating varieties such as Medjool and Barhi. The total area planted with palm trees in the Kingdom is estimated at around 40,000 dunums, spread across the Jordan Valley, down to Aqaba in the south, and the Azraq region in the east. The association aims to represent Jordanian date farmers, promote the sector's sustainability, enhance the quality of the final product, and market Jordanian dates according to international standards. Currently, the association has 95 members.

Darb Trading and Refrigeration Co. LLC was established in 1998 as Sameer Ismail Al-Jabali & Brothers Company and renamed in 2014. Its capital is 1 million Jordanian Dinars.
The company is situated on a 50,000-square-metre plot in South Amman, close to the International Airport Road and opposite the Central Vegetable Market. It houses a government customs centre (BODD). The company operates in three primary sectors: refrigeration and logistics services, export, and the manufacturing of various agricultural packaging. Darb employs around 75 staff members and serves up to 110 regular customers. Its key clients are Hyper Max—Jordan (Majid Al Futtaim), Nabil Food Industries, and Al-Wadi Food Industries.
