Dr. Ghadeer F. Mehyar, has received multiple awards throughout her career. Notably:

  • First Place in Muscle Food Division Oral Competition: Awarded by the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) in Orlando, Florida, 2006.
  • Food Packaging Division Graduate Fellowship: Granted by IFT in Chicago, Illinois, 2005.
  • Certificate of Merit: Presented by the Food Packaging Division of IFT in 2004.
  • Third Place in Food Packaging Poster Competition: Awarded by IFT in Chicago, Illinois, 2003.

- Dr. Nihad Alsmeirat, Notably in 2022, received the award for Best Applied Scientific Research on Date Palm at the Date Palm Festival in Amman for his research titled "Effect of Drying Process on Physical and Chemical Properties of 'Medjool' Date Palm Fruits."​

- Dr. Salam A. Ibrahim has received numerous international awards and recognitions for his contributions to the field of food microbiology and safety. Additionally, he serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the journal "Nutrition and Food Technology: Open Access," reflecting his leadership in the academic community.

- According to Google Scholar, Dr. Salam Ibrahim has a total of 17,901 citations and an h-index of 57. Several of his publications are highly cited. One notable paper, titled "Antimicrobial Herb and Spice Compounds in Food," was published in Food Control in 2010 and has received 2,052 citations. Food Control is a Q1-ranked journal with an h-index of 174.

Another highly cited publication, titled "Natural Products as Antimicrobial Agents," was also published in Food Control in 2014 and has accumulated 1,440 citations.​

Eng. Anwar Helal Haddad, has significantly advanced Jordan's date palm industry. Under his leadership, date palm cultivation in the Jordan Valley expanded to 45,000 dunums, with production reaching 35,000 tons—a 125% increase from previous years. Jordan now exports premium dates to over 51 countries, with the total value of date production exceeding $60 million. In recognition of his contributions, Eng. Haddad received the Khalifa International Award for Influential Figure in Date Palm and Agricultural Innovation in 2022.  His efforts have been instrumental in enhancing the global presence of Jordanian dates and fostering international collaborations within the industry.​

​​- Dr. Hamzah Al-Qadiri​ ​received the Distinguished Researcher Award, The University of Jordan in 2011.

- Dr. Hamzah Al-Qadiri​​ was also honored with the Scholastic Achievement Award by the Puget Sound Section of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), WA, USA, in 2006.​

- ​Dr. Ricardo Salomón Torres was the winner of the 2023 International Date Palm and Agricultural Innovation Award, in the Date Palm Industry Influencer category. The award was presented by H.E. Sheik Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence of the United Arab Emirates.

- Dr. Ricardo Salomón Torres received recognition from the head of the Mexican Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for organizing two international Date Palm Festivals in Mexico, with the co-organization of the Khalifa International Award.

​​- Participation of Dr. Nihad Al-Smeirat and Engineer Anwar Haddad in the Scientific Symposium Program of the 7th Jordan International Date Palm Festival 2025, and the awarding of the research conducted by Dr. Munther Al-Sadr, Dr. Nihad Al-S​meirat, and Engineer Anwar Haddad with the Best Applied Scientific Research on Date Palm Award in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
