Dr. Ghadeer Mehyar is a professor in Food Safety and Food Packaging at the University of Jordan, with a Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Manitoba, Canada. Her research focuses on food microbiology, antimicrobial edible coatings, and food product development. She has made significant contributions to the field through numerous publications and has received various awards for her work.
