Dr. Salam A. Ibrahim is a professor in the Food and Nutritional Sciences Program at North Carolina A&T State University. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky and completed postdoctoral research at Rush University Medical Center and the University of Minnesota. His research focuses on food safety, microbiology, dairy fermentation, and probiotics. Dr. Ibrahim has led several funded research projects and teaches courses in Food Microbiology, Food Safety, Food Biotechnology, and Experimental Foods.
